Money Back Guarantee & Return Policy

At insilico we value your business and would rather have satisfied customers who tell their friends instead of disgruntled ex-customers who tell everyone on Facebook.

In the unlikely event that the product or service you purchase does not suit the purpose for which you purchased it, please advise us in writing within 7 days from date of shipment from our offices to [email protected] with an explanation and we will action your request for a refund (minus any freight or other associated costs) and send instructions on how you can return the goods purchased back to us.

Once these instructions have been completed, we will refund your payment once goods purchased have been received by insilico.

Return postage is at the expense of the client and not insilico.

We will direct credit any refunds back to your preferred nominated bank account or via the method that payment was made via Internet Banking and will be done so in a swift manner.

Please note that if your purchase is part of a monthly subscription, only the current subscription period will be refunded (not the entire program).

We stand behind our products and business, if however, in the unlikely event that you are anything less than 100% happy with your order then please tell us so that we are able to fix it!
