It has never been easier to send a survey to your clients. We use a free online survey site called Survey Monkey.
Survey Monkey allows for the easy creation of a survey and templates are available if you are not sure where to start. The site is self explanatory with easy to use instructions.
We recommend you ask your customers 3 simple questions:
- Tell me why you use us today
- Product
- Service
- People
- What would you really like us to do for you?
- What do you not want us to do for you?
Results are collected automatically on line and can be analysed online or downloaded so you can add them to a spreadsheet to analyse even further!
