Newsletter Campaign Checklist
Remember that all communications from your office are a reflection of your business. Before you hit the send button for your next newsletter campaign, you might want to check the following items:
- Is there a clear call to action for readers?
- Is there a reason for readers to act right now?
- Is the subject line compelling?
- Has the content been proofread and is free from typos?
- Are all links correct and working?
- Is there an “unsubscribe” link available?
- Does the newsletter look good in Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, iPhone and Hotmail?
- Is your company or brand clearly identified?
- Is your newsletter addressed to individuals for that personal touch?
- Have you included a plain text version for subscribers reading on a mobile device?
If everything looks in order, press send and wait for your subscribers to take action!
