Creating a Dynamic Website
If you were a new visitor to your website would you come back to it after your initial visit? If your answer is “no” then what would make you come back again?
Your website may be the most frequently viewed image of your business. Regularly updating your website will convey that your company is dynamic. Out-dated information can make your company look out of touch with what is currently happening in the market place. It may also appear that you are not really that interested in your company. When did you last update your Home page?
A simple way to regularly add new content to your website is to add a blog. Talk about what has happened recently in your business, any industry relevant news, any milestones you or your staff have reached or about your customers. Just ensure the content is relevant and of value to your readers.
An added bonus is that Google rewards websites that have fresh and keyword-rich content. This is particularly important for new or smaller websites. Adding content on a regular basis gets you noticed by Google and as you build up the content on your website, you are also adding to the depth of it.
