This week we take a quick look at a very under used feature in Microsoft Office called “Smart Documents”.

Smart Documents are standard Office documents that have some additional code (not macros) associated with them.

Track web site leads automatically

Another example of automating your business through software is a lead tracking database we wrote for an insurance broker client of ours.

They receive leads for new business via their web site which are emailed to them automatically.
